Beat Assassins return to, nice up the dance,with a swagger in their step, whilst still reeling from the success of their previous release ‘Pressure’ ft The Ragga Twins (on Jungle Cakes) that hit number 30 in the Beatport drum and bass chart. Now we see Beat Assassins step up on Gorilla Warefare (Jungle Cakes younger, scruffier, tougher sister label) with their brand new single, ‘Bomba’.
Things are about to get messy! Bomba is not for the warm up, it's not for the chill out, it's not for the relaxation programme, it's about tearing the sh#t out of the dancefloor at 3am! The opening bars alone introduces the most sinister of gritty reese basslines heavily garnished with pitch shifted vocals & dynamic effects. That reese then builds to a ferocious drop that delivers the filthiest of basslines topped with stutter edit vocals and dramatic saws.
